Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and SHIRTKING STORE LLC ("SHIRTKING", "we", "us"), a New Mexico limited liability company at 1209 Mountain Road PL NE Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. They govern your use of the SHIRTKING platform at shirtking.world and its subdomains (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
SHIRTKING is a business tool that helps merchants manage TikTok Shop operations — listings, inventory, orders, shipping labels, tracking, and returns — across one or more connected shops. The Service uses the official TikTok Shop API under authorizations you grant. The Service is offered to businesses only, not to consumers for personal, family, or household use.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything done under your account, including by team members you invite.
- You may only connect TikTok Shops that you are authorized to operate.
3. Your data and our access
- You retain all rights to your shop data. You grant us the limited license needed to process it in order to provide the Service.
- Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
- You can disconnect a shop or revoke authorization at any time, from the Service or from your TikTok Shop seller account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- violate any law, the rights of others, or the policies of TikTok Shop or any shipping carrier;
- list, sell, or fulfill products that are illegal, counterfeit, or infringing;
- probe, disrupt, or overload the Service, or access it by any automated means we have not documented;
- resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written agreement.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section. You remain solely responsible for your compliance with TikTok Shop's seller policies; SHIRTKING does not guarantee any outcome on the TikTok Shop platform.
5. Fees and trial
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in U.S. dollars at the prices published on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
- New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. If you do not subscribe by the end of the trial, your account becomes read-only.
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change affects your plan.
6. Third-party services
The Service depends on third-party platforms and carriers, including TikTok Shop and shipping providers. We are not responsible for their availability, decisions, or policy changes, including suspension of a connected shop or rejection of a listing. TikTok and TikTok Shop are trademarks of their respective owners; SHIRTKING is independent and not endorsed by TikTok.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by SHIRTKING STORE LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or source code beyond use of the Service as intended.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHIRTKING STORE LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for all claims arising out of the Service in any 12-month period will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in that period.
10. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify SHIRTKING STORE LLC against claims arising from your products, your shops, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or if required by law or by loss of necessary third-party access. Sections 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify account owners by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
